As many of you know last year I did big things with my photography business, opened a studio, tripled my clientele by A LOT and met a lot of wonderful people along the way... Until life completely changed for me!!! I don't like to put my personal business out there but 2011 was probably one of the most wonderful years for me, yet one of the most difficult. My husband and I of 14 years parted ways and I moved myself and my daughter to Oklahoma. Which wasn't exactly the most exciting transition ever. I was forced to sell all my photography equipment just to make ends meet and actually lost the passion I had for photography in the process... Now, almost 6 months later, I am crrrraving photography!!!! I'm ready to shoot!!! I know that part of me is missing and it's time for me to get it back!!! So, I purchased a older model Nikon (after much debate about what I wanted to do considering I couldn't afford much and didn't want a tiny little starter camera in these big hands ha!!) a new lens and I'm booking sessions... Since I have been in Oklahoma I have found myself, a new love, reconnected with old friends and family, have a nursing job I truly enjoy and there is only one thing missing..... PHOTOGRAPHY!!! No time like the present to get it back up and running and be the ME that I KNOW I can be!!!
So, I want to thank EVERYONE who has stood behind me, told me not to give up and helped me move one foot in front of the other when I didn't think I could!!! Because of you and the wonderful support of my faithful clients I am back and I hope this time I come back better than before!!!!
